According to the government's own scientists at the NSW Office of Water, the proposed Bylong Coal Project is likely to take ALL the water from the Bylong River aquifer, causing the river and its creeks to stop flowing. 

But the NSW Planning Department is trying to bury this alarming information. In their own report, they said the mine was "unlikely to significantly affect" water resources. They recommended it for approval.

This stinks of a massive a cover-up.

The Independent Planning Commission of NSW will make the final call on whether the Bylong Coal Project gets approved.
