We don't want shady Whitehaven Coal in QLD!

Over the last 10 years Whitehaven has been found guilty or investigated 35 times for bad behaviour in New South Wales.

One of the most terrible crimes was stealing 1 billion litres of water at the height of the drought.

Now Whitehaven wants to set up shop in Queensland where we know the compliance and enforcement regime is atrocious.

We don’t want these water thieves setting up their Winchester South coal mine in Central Queensland!

Check out NSW farmer Sally Hunter’s story about Whitehaven’s water theft here and put in a submission on the mine to the Queensland Government.
