Stop the Adani Coal Mine from wrecking the Doongmabulla Springs

Federal Government scientists have admitted that we still don’t know whether the Adani coal mine will drain the ancient Doongmabulla Springs or not.

They’ve identified crucial research that is needed to properly assess the risks to the springs, but Adani haven’t done the work and neither have our governments.

The springs are comprised of 160 wetlands that provide permanent water in times of drought and provide amazing oases in a dry landscape.

Adani have already been exposed illegally drilling groundwater bores.  We can’t trust them with our springs.

Send an Email to stop Adani Destroying our Water

Email the Director General of the Department of Environment and Science, Jamie Merrick and the Deputy Premier Jackie Trad.

Tell them not to make a decision Adani’s Groundwater Dependent Ecosystem Management Plan (GDEMP) until vital research on the risks of the mega-mine to the Doongmabulla Springs has been conducted.
