WA Emission Guidlines

HAVE YOUR SAY ON WA’s NEW EMISSIONS GUIDELINES

The Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) is calling for public submissions on how it should address greenhouse pollution when assessing new and expanding oil and gas projects in WA.

It has recognised that action is needed to curb emissions in order to protect West Australians from the effects of climate change and do our part towards global action.

This is your chance to have some input into whether the fracking giants will be forced to properly measure, limit and/or pay for their greenhouse pollution, or whether they will get a free ride.
