New information that the project will cause 35 water bores to decline by more than 2m on the land KEPCO has bought, which means that the Aquifer Interference Policy must be re-applied
Confirmation that the mine will produce 197 million tonnes of carbon dioxide, which is five times what the Rocky Hill mine would have produced, and KEPCO has not properly considered the climate change impact in accordance with NSW policies
